La creación del Centro de Investigación e Innovación en Sistemas y Telecomunicaciones (CIST) de la Facultad de Sistemas y Telecomunicaciones FACSISTEL, trae de inmediato dos retos: la elaboración de propuestas para la constitución de líneas de I + D + i y grupos de I &D; y la definición de políticas científicas que delimiten el día a día del Centro, tales como: admisión de investigadores; lanzamiento de proyectos, evaluación interna anual de proyectos, grupos y líneas.
